Gap insurance
The Boat Yard is partnering with RV Park ‘n’ Protect™ to provide our tenants with several gap insurance options for their boats. This turnkey protection program offers supplemental top-rated protection plans to protect boats in storage at our facility. This coverage is not mandatory, but is recommended.
RV Park ‘n’ Protect™ provides boat protection plans with benefits including a deductible reimbursement for unexpected out-of-pocket expenses, on-site/off-site contents theft protection with up to $1,500 coverage, and minor on-site accidental damage coverage. RV Park ‘n’ Protect™ will fill the gaps left by your vehicle insurance and safeguard your investment. Our plans provide supplemental coverage to fill gaps such as:
- Dropped or reduced coverages while the vehicle is stored or parked
- The out-of-pocket expenses with high deductibles
- Those surprise dings, dents, scrapes or scratches that are not in the budget
- Contents coverage on or off site

Free secure storage
We understand the unpredictability and potential dangers of stormy weather. To help you safeguard your valuable vessel, we offer free secure boat storage available to everyone whenever a storm is approaching. Don’t leave your boat exposed to the risks of a storm.
